Hot Tub Terms of Service

By requesting our Service, and paying the non refundable deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions in full and enter into a binding contractual agreement with Impeccable Homes & Gardens.

Your Hot Tub should be full switched on and containtreated warm water. We will always assume that your Hot Tub is in full working order unless we have been notified otherwise.

Failure to disclose any issues may result in further charges and issues completing or even carrying out your service.

We are not liable for parts failing post a service visit. Any such issues will be treated as unrelated and seperate charges will be applied for a call out to diagnose any issues.

Home Improvement Terms of Service

Parties , Definitions and interpretation in these terms and conditions which are referred to below includes “Client” means the Person(s) for whom the works are to be carried out for by IHI ( Impeccable Home Improvements Ltd also known as Impeccable Homes and Gardens.)

Any Estimate which may be quoted verbally or in writing by IHI may be withdrawn at any time up until a deposit has been paid by the Client.

IHI reseves the right to increase the price before carrying out any works should there be an increase in materials or labour etc.

IHI requires the Client to pay a minimum of a 25% deposit when accepting an estimate/quotation.

All materials and parts supplied by IHI are subject to warranty from the supplier/manufacturer not IHI themselves.
