Creating a warm and cosy home.
The cost of living crisis and increases in energy bills have made having a well insulated home more important than ever.
For this project we took up the existing floor boards to gain access to the cavity beneath.
We installed a suspended, breathable hammock system which was then packed with insulation to keep out the draughts and keep in the heat
Underfloor heating was installed throughout the whole downstairs of this property which will work to its maximum benefit due to the insulation system installed.
This was then screeded over in preparation for the final touches.
The whole project was finished off with this beautiful walnut parquet flooring.
